He specializes in structuring tailored financial solutions, with core expertise in residential home loans, construction finance, and property development funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leo holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Massey University. Originally from Shanghai, he relocated to Auckland in 2006 and is fully bilingual in English and Mandarin, enabling him to seamlessly serve a diverse clientele.
