Leo brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the banking and finance sector. Prior to establishing TBB Mortgage in late 2016, he spent several years honing his expertise at the Bank of New Zealand (BNZ). He specializes in structuring tailored financial solutions, with core expertise in residential home loans, construction finance, and property development funding.
Leo holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Massey University. Originally from Shanghai, he relocated to Auckland in 2006 and is fully bilingual in English and Mandarin, enabling him to seamlessly serve a diverse clientele. Outside of his professional endeavors, Leo is an active sports enthusiast who enjoys basketball, tennis and swimming.
