Jiahua holds a Master of Professional Accounting with Distinction from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Investment. With a strong academic background in accounting and finance, she brings a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to supporting the TBB Mortgage team and its clients.
Jiahua has experience across financial services, accounting practice, and business support environments, where she developed strong skills in financial analysis, documentation, reconciliations, and client communication. She is passionate about using her financial knowledge and analytical mindset to support smooth processes and help clients receive accurate, timely, and reliable service.
Fluent in Mandarin and professionally proficient in English, Jiahua is able to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, fitness, and playing tennis.
